Jonathan Martin, who is a Miami Dolphins American football's league player, has accused his own team of harassment. He was really surprised when part of the team supported Richie Incognito, the other main character of the story. Possibly, they have done it in order to protect the next matches of the team.

From our point of view, it is a noble act that the team try to protect it
self, but it is hard to imagine that they haven't avoided this kind of intern
problem. It is supposed that players have to protect each other and censured
bad behaviors
like
harassment.
