Abortion Law in Arizona

The Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) U.S. declined today to review the suspension ordered by an appellate court on an Arizona law that bans abortions after twenty weeks of pregnancy. The failure meant a change for the republican government of Arizona. Jan Brewer, who promulgated last April the initiative approved with a broad support. The law prohibits abortions after 20 weeks, with some limited exceptions for medical emergencies. A group of doctors practicing abortions demanded it , arguing that the law is unconstitutional because the abortion decision must be made between a woman and her doctor. Currently there are nine states with laws restricting more periods for a woman to abort.

OPINION
We think that abortion is a free and moral decision and it depends on each woman. The abortion is something that affects women, therefore the state should not decide about it. The abortion depends of the principles of each and everyone decides on his body.
