The
employee of a McDonald's restaurant in Pittsburgh, United States,
selling heroin in the Happy Meals, was arrested Wednesday, according
to a criminal complaint. Customers seeking heroin were instructed to
pass through the self and say, "I would order a toy."
Customers were directed to the first window, where they delivered a
Happy Meal with heroin.

We
think that there are many cases of drug trafficking but the police
only gets a few, so this should be more secure.Must be very silly to
sell heroin in Mcdonall, because you are going to be in trouble.
