On
1th December, footballers Franck Ribery and Karim Benzema went to tribunal because of having had sex
with the same underage prostitute in 2009.
The
Paris Correctional Court imputed to Zaman Café nightclub, where the prostitute,
whose name is Zahia Dehar, worked.
Although
tribunal investigated more international footballers, the tribunal only charged
against these two players.
Ribery admitted to have had an orgy with Zahia, but Benzema refused the charges. However, Zahia and the football players didn´t attend
the audience, and finally, the tribunal called for the players to be
cleared because it was impossible to prove that they knew how old the
prostitute was.

Champions League footballers were yesterday cleared of having sex with an
underage prostitute.
The
tribunal declared football players, Karim Benzema and Franck Ribery, didn´t know the prostitute, whose name
is Zahia Dehar, was 17 years old.
Zahia admitted not to having told them
her age and The case in Paris was collapsed.
In
France, the sexual age of consent is 15 but paying for sex is only legal if the
woman is 18 or over.

AND CONCLUSION
As
we can see, the issue is more detailed on Marca newspaper than Mirror. However, Marca doesn´t write about the witness Zahia which declares not to have told the
footballers her real age. That´s an important adulteration of information for
public opinion.
In
my opinion, I think that many people take advantage of celebrities or famous
sportsman with the purpose of earning money easily.
That
situation has already happened another times, for example, Michael Jackson who
was accused by having sex with children. I don´t know if this fact
is true or false, but really all situations like this give a bad name and
a reputation to certain celebrities.
